Magnetic Level Gauge

Magnetic Bi-Colour Level Gauge float moves with level in external chamber (cage) which is coupled with the tank. Indication display mechanism does not come in direct con-tact with the liquid media. Special designed cylindrical magnetic float as per density of liquid. Magnetically cou-pled follower capsule or roller or ball indicates the liquid level externally. Indicator system is consists of bi-colour rollers equipped with magnets mounted on rail inside the housing. As the level starts rising or falling magnetic float also travels with liquid level in non-magnetic chamber. The magnetic in-teraction between magnets in float and Ed-colour rollers causes each roller to rotate 180o. These red / white rollers are visible from long distance, giving a good visual indi-cation visibility. Models are available with side & top mounting designs. Level transmitter (Optiona): Transmitter units are available with 4 - 20 mA output. Transmitter rod is clamped outside the chamber. Level Switch: Level switches are available for con-trolling & alarm. Level switches are adjustable, mounted outside the chamber by adjustable clamp arrangement Application: Liquid, Acids, machines, food, Diesel, Oil, Condensate, Chemmicals, Beverages etc

Float & Board Level Indicator

Float and Chord Level Indicator means of measuring liquid level in large storage tanks. The level of liquid can be physically read even from a greater distance, by noting the position of pointer moving up and down on scale board. Float devices use the buoyancy of a float to indi-cate the liquid level in the tank. One common ap-proach is to attach the float to a chain. The chain is attached to a counterweight which indicates the level as the float moves up and down. These types of device are often found on large atmospheric storage tanks. Scales are marked in cms, in reverse order, zero level marking on top and total tank height in cms at bottom. PP construction for acid ap-plication is also available. Indicators are manufactured in different operating ranges as per tank heights for both underground & overhead tanks in either vertical or horizontal tanks. Large level measurements, wire-guided float detectors can be used. The guide wires are connected to top and bottom anchors and assist in positioning the float as it moves with the fluid level. The tape is connected to the top of the float and runs directly up and over pulleys then down to the gauging head which is outside the tank at a suitable level for viewing.
