Cable Float Level Switch

Cable Float Level Switch is made from resistant polypropylene. It is durable, economical, maintenance free & easy to install. And spe-cially designed for multiple point level detection in liquids. Its hermetic sealed, polypropylene body makes it suitable for sewage application. The switching ON or OFF differential is adjusted by a counterweight on the cable. The switches will transmit an ON or OFF contact signal output when the float rises and turns upwards. The switch contains a metal ball that can side as the float position changes. Application: Raw Water, Sewage Open or Close Pits, ETP, STP, Waste Water, pump dry run protection

Side Mounted Level Switch

Side Mounted Level Switch are designed for use in tanks and vessels for indicating or controlling the level of a liquid. They work well as high or low level controls. Its operating princi-pal is magnetic & wetted part construction in SS. When the float magnet moves close to the switch stem, the float magnet repels the switch magnet which either opens or closes the Electrical circuit. The contact can be used to operate a pump or any device connected in series to it. These switches can either be supplied in weather proof cast aluminium switch housing. Rotating Paddle Level Switch

LFIA A stepper motor the paddle slowly an encoder to the paddle shaft produces electrical pulses during its rotation. The pulses are monitored by a microcontroller yo monitor its movement. Paddle rotation stops when the material covers it. The microcontroller gets signal from the encoder about the material presence and single is processed to derive potential free contacts. The microprocesseor cointinuously checks the material presence.The paddle shakes and vibrates to discard the built up material ensuring the material has receded and paddle is free. There after the output status is changed and motor start rotating smoothly again waiting for the level to come.

Magnetic Float Level Switch

Magnetic Float Level Switch units are housed tightly in SS or PP, and the permanent magnet is sealed into the middle of the specified float ball. The float up and down at the specified po-sition by graduating rings. When the float internal magnet approaches the reed switch, it will actuate the reed switch contact point to create an open or close cir-cuit. RF Capacitance Admittance Level Switch

Capacitance Level Transmitter is a compact, low cost, level transmitter with 4-20 mA analogue out-put designed to measure the level of various liquids, and solid in tanks or storage vessels. Mea-suring range is 0.25 to 3 m for rod probe version. The probe forms an electrical capacitor with the surrounding metal contained wall, or with auxiliary reference probe. With the vessel empty, an initial ca-pacitances exists between the electrode And the metal well or the aux-iliary reference probe. When the probe become covered with material to be measured the capaci-tances will increase and the change will be measured and covered into an analogue (4-20 mil) output signal proportional to the change.
