Capacitance Level Transmitter

apacitance Level Transmitter is a compact, low cost, level transmitter with 4-20 mA analogue out-put designed to measure the level of various liquids, and solid in tanks or storage vessels. Mea-suring range is 0.25 to 3 m for rod probe version. The probe forms an electrical capacitor with the surrounding metal contained wall, or with auxiliary reference probe. With the vessel empty, an initial ca-pacitances exists between the electrode And the metal well or the aux-iliary reference probe. When the probe become covered with material to be measured the capaci-tances will increase and the change will be measured and covered into an analogue (4-20 mil) output signal proportional to the change. Rod or flexible cable can be used for various conductive or non conductive Liquids. Conductive Material: Water based solutions. Acids based etc only insulated probe are suggested Non Conductivity Material: Mostly petrochemical and solvents insulated or non insulated probes can be used Features: Long Range Rod and probe type For conductive and non conductive liquids

Radar Level Transmitter

LFIA level measuring instrument based on the time travel principle. The electromagnetic wave emitted by the radar antenna propagates along the cable or rod probe. When the pulse reaches the surface of the material, it is reflected back and recevived the antenna. The distance single is converted to level signal. The distance D to the material surface and the pulse travle time is proportional: D=C*T/2. When C is the speed of light, and the level of solid/liquid is obained.

By Pass Level Transmitter

LFIA magnetic level float moves with level in external chamber which is coupled with the tank. indication display mechanic does not come in direct contact with the liquid media. Special designed cylindrical magnetic float as per density of liquid magnetically coupled follower capsule or roller or ball indicates the liquid level externally.

Displacer Level Transmitter

Smart Displacement Type Level Transmitter is designed to sense Liquid level, Interface and Specific gravity. The output of the Instrument is proportional and is designed to measure and transmit electrical signal proportional to changes in Liquid level or Specific Gravity. The LFIA series measures changes in Liquid Level, Specific Gravity or Interface Level and transmits a current output signal proportional to the change in the process parameter. The change in the process parameter causes a change in the displacer position, which is transferred to the Torque Tube producing a rotary motion. This rotary motion is transferred through bellow to lever assembly that is supported by flexure strips. Magnets attached to the lever assembly move past a Hall effect position sensor that converts the magnetic field signal to an electrical 4- 20mAsignal.
